Based on the poll responses, the troop will be going to winter camp at La-No-Che from December 20-23. The early registration deadline is November 19; after that date the fees will increase from $295/scout to $320/scout. Fees for adults are $100. Scouts need to sign up on the troop website and pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to the troop, and then parents will receive access to a parent portal to complete the payment process and register their scout(s) for merit badge classes and other programs. The Troop would like parent input on two upcoming activities: Winter Camp in December, and a possible campout on the USS Alabama in March. Please complete the following two polls to indicate whether or not your scout(s) would be interested in these activities. We would appreciate your response no later than Tuesday October 28 in order to aid in our planning. Thank you!

For those attending Philmont in 2026, payment number 2 is due this Monday, 9/22.

• Payment #1: $150/person - Due to the Troop by November 25, 2024 
• Payment #2: $735/person - Due to the Troop by September 22, 2025
• Payment #3: $735/person - Due to the Troop by February 23, 2026
• Payment #4: Remaining balance (including transportation costs etc.) - TBD
